Diaper Drive for MOMS Orange County

As a small business owner, I am forever grateful to be more than blessed and able to meet my family's needs, though it hasn't always been that way. Being able to purchase the items my children need, is something I truly do not take for granted. This holiday season, I'm partnering with MOMS Orange County and organizing a diaper drive that will benefit the low income families they work with. The drive will run from December 16th, 2022 through January 16th, 2023. I will drop off donations on Tuesday, January 24th, 2023.

As an organization, MOMS Orange County was founded to "increase access to quality prenatal care for women who, because of skin color or low-income, face worse maternal and birth outcomes than the general population. For 30 years, we have partnered with mothers, fathers and their babies during the earliest years, removing barriers to equitable health care access, and along the way surrounding them with love and dignity, believing in the inherent worth of each member of our colorful, incredible human race. We stand together with all of those voices which are now being heard to enact change and move towards equality for all. We pledge to continue to serve each member of our community with the mission goal of helping families have healthy babies." They offer free child birth, postpartum, breastfeeding, and parent education classes to low income families throughout Orange County.

- Baby and Children's Clothing (Preemie-4T)

- Maternity and Nursing Items

- Baby Care Items (Shampoo, Combs, Grooming Kits)

- Baby Safety Items (Cabinet Locks, Safety Locks, Furniture Bumpers)

- Developmental Toys

- Infant and Toddler Books

- Digital Thermometers

- Collapsible Playpens

- Grocery Store Gift Cards

- Bus Passes

I've created an Amazon Wishlist for easy donating! All items will be shipped to my house and I will hang onto them until our drop of date. Of course I will be updating you all throughout this process.

Clothing items, toys, and books can be gently used. I can arrange pickup throughout central and south Orange County, if you're in the Huntington Beach area or surrounding, you can drop off donations at Topline Performance. If you would prefer to donate cash for me to get the requested gift cards, I've emptied my Venmo - @elisebayside, for monetary donations. If you've been needing to go through your baby's closet, now is the time!
