Car Seat Consultations
Did you know that the percentage of carseats misused in Orange County is estimated to be as high as 90%? So, what counts as misuse anyway? This term includes things such as: incorrect installation, incorrect carseat selection based on state law, or buckling the child in incorrectly.
Work with a nationally certified Child Passenger Safety Technician (CPST) to ensure that your precious cargo is riding as safely as possible. CPSTs complete a four day in-person course, which includes approximately thirty hours of lessons, testing, and hands-on practice and complete a community event where they have to install each type of seat and show information retainment and proficiency. Elise was previously certified from 2012-2016, and completed the certification course a second time in June 2022. During our appointment, we'll go over proper installation and harnessing, removal and storage, traveling with carseats, vehicle and seat position compatibility, child restraint laws, projectile education, and more! Every client is provided step-by-step instruction and hands-on guidance.
Appointments are invoiced at $80 due at booking, take place at the location of client's choice, include up to one hour of education, and cover all carseats in up to two vehicles. *Locations outside a 10 mile radius from 92612 are subject to a travel fee.

We're now offering private classes! These include up to two hours of instruction and education, and are perfect for expecting, first time parents or parents who are looking to learn alongside their child's other frequent caregivers. Private Classes are invoiced at $180 due at booking, take place at the location of client's choice, and cover all carseats in up to four vehicles. *Locations outside a 10 mile radius from 92612 are subject to a travel fee.
